Ex- agitators called for Confirmation of Amnesty Boss

The ex- agitators under the aegis of Third phase ex – agitators have called on president Mohamadu Buhari to confirm col. Millad Dixon Dikio rtd as the substantive coordinator and Special Adviser to the president on Niger Delta Affairs due the paradigm shift he has brought to the scheme.The chairman of the Third phase ex- agitators, Comrade Tonye Bobo flanked by other Executives and members stated this while briefing the media at the Federated Correspondents Chapel, Yenagoa on Tuesday.According to him, the presidential Amnesty program (PAP) under the leadership of Col Dikio as Interim Administrator has witnessed a paradigm shift in terms of relative peace across the region with the change of mindset of ex- agitators , upward oil production, entrepreneurship , engagements with stakeholders , scholarship for ex – agitators in some of the best institutions within and outside the country and his credible performance record is still counting.”Dikio has also introduced the novel Train Employ and mentor scheme ( TEM),with the graduation of 349 ex- agitators of various skills at Bradama International Skill Works limited in Ondo state , owned by the famous freedom fighter High chief , Biboye Ajube, aka shout -at- sight”He also disclosed that they are also impressed with the recent deployment of over 1,400 ex-agitators to aquire skills in aircraft pilot/Engineers, Agriculture, oil and gas, marine sectors,clean up of oil spillages ,among others to the beneficiaries.”Col Dikio since assumption of August 2020, inherited debts to the sum of #72bn and the good news is that,with the limited resources available, he has been able to clear over #45bn owed to various contractors “”I call on you to use your various platforms to call on president Mohamadu Buhari to confirm col M.D Dikio( rtd), as the substantive coordinator and Special Adviser on Niger Delta Affairs to the president in order to sustain and stabilize the program” he said.
