Gov. Sule Promises To Appoint Three Women In His Next Cabinet

Governor Abdullahi A. Sule has said that he would appoint three Women as commissioners in next cabinet.

Sule who made the disclosure Saturday in Dari, Kokona local government Area of the state on the Thanksgiving mass in honour of the Nasarawa state chairman of All Progressives Congress, Dr John D.W. Mamman who was recently elected as state APC chairman also said one woman each would be selected in the three senatorial district of the state.

The Governor further explained that the state APC Chairman,Dr John D.W. Mamman should be ready to face challenges as according to him,” Our party APC is rally round one person, president Muhammadu Buhari, and by 2023 , the president will not contest the election again, since he will complete his constitutional eight years tenure, and some people are in this party because of president Buhari, and as soon as he leaves, they will not participate in politics again”

He therefore advised the state APC Chairman to be up and doing to ensure that people supports APC even beyond 2023.

Governor Abdullahi Sule who commended State APC Chairman, Dr John D.W.Mamman as honest,committed, hard -working man of proven integrity, urged him to continue to do the best he can to ensure the success of the party beyond 2023.

In his speech, the former Governor of Nasarawa State, Senator Abdullahi Adamu who was the chairman of the occasion called for support and cooperation of all a sundry to ensure the success of the party in 2023 and beyond.

Senator Adamu used the opportunity to appeal to the people of Nasarawa state to continue to support the government of Engineer Abdullahi Sule to enable him succeed on the enormous tasks ahead.

Also Speaking, the chief celebrant, Dr John D.W. Mamman commended governor Abdullahi Sule, Senator Abdullahi Adamu, the Emir of Lafia,Hon. Justice Sidi Bage Muhammad1, Speaker of the state Assembly, Members of the national and state Assembly and all those who graced the occasion and prayed God for journey mercies to their various destinations.
