Bauchi Governor approves the commencement of this Year’s Hajj Exercise

This statement was signed and issued and made available to all media outlets through the information officer to the Board in Bauchi city.
The state executive secretary of the board Imam Abdulrahman Idris,said that governor Bala Mohammad has approved the commencement process of this year’s Hajj exercise in the state and umrah registration.
The executive secretary has noted that the sum of
One Million Five Hundred (N1,500,000 ) to Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Naira (N2,500,000) has been approved as 2023 hajj deposit pending the announcement of final fare by National Hajj Commission of Nigeria NAHCON and the sum of One Million Naira (1.000.000) is also considered as the minimum deposit for this year’s.
The statement also reads that
All prospective depositors are advised to come to the Board’s Secretariat situated along Adamu Jumba Road fir the collection of Umra deposit Teller.
The Board has also scheduled Wednesday 25th to Saturday 28th January for issuance of the Hajj deposit Bank Tellers to intending pilgrims while Wednesday 1st – Saturday 4th February for the submission of Bank Teller’s copies to obtain an official receipts at the Board or Headquarters of all Local Government Council’s in the state, as there would be no proxy.
All intending Hajj and Umra pilgrims in the state are expected to cooperate maximally in order to ensure a hitch free Hajj exercise
