The Ndokwa Neku Union (NNU) Abuja Branch, under the leadership of Chief Iduh Kingsley, paid a courtesy visit to Senator Ned Munir Nwoko, the distinguished Senator representing Delta North Senatorial District in the 10th National Assembly on Wednesday, June 19.

The visit was marked by a written address delivered by Chief Iduh Kingsley, highlighting the union’s support and commendation for Senator Nwoko’s
exemplary leadership.

The address highlighted several critical issues facing the Ndokwa communities, including the urgent need for the Independent Feeder Power (IFP) project to alleviate the darkness in many communities.

Youth empowerment was another critical area of concern, with Chief Kingsley advocating for skills acquisition, employment opportunities, and support for small-scale businesses and agricultural inputs for rural farmers.

The address also touched on the pursuit of Anioma State’s creation, with the Ndokwa Nation expressing support for the inclusion of Ndokwa, Oshimili, and Ika regions.

The union further acknowledged Senator Nwoko’s role in the proposed establishment of the Nigeria Defense Academy (NDA) Kwale campus and called for his intervention in securing adequate funding for the newly established Federal University of Medical Science.

Chief Iduh urged Senator Nwoko to maintain his exemplary leadership and responsiveness to his constituents’ needs.

He assured the Senator of the NNU’s continued support and expressed confidence in achieving future electoral victories.
