Federal Government to provide legal Aid to a Nigerian Lady wrongfully jailed in Cote D’ivore – Abike Dambiri – Erewa

Hon. Abike Dambiri Erewa said, Federal Government has been fighting seriously to secure the release of a Nigerian (Itunu Babalola) who was sentenced to ten years inprisonment in Côte D’vore.

It was stated on Friday through the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM) said, they would take up the case, and get justice for the 23 year old Itunu Babalola.

The NIDCOM Chairman, Abike Dambiri – Erewa, said that Mr. Muhammed Gana, the charge of d’Affaire of Nigerian mission in Cote D’vore, sent officials to Bondoukou, outside Abidjan, before the case was brought to his attention.
