Gen Buratai Rtd. Keynot Speaker At Annual DECAN Conference, Nominated For Leadership Award
As part of our plans to ensure that we host a befitting Annual Conference & Award, the Planning Committee today paid a courtesy visit to His Excellency, General Tukur Buratai (Rtd.), to formally intimate him of our plans to have him as our Guest Lecturer.
To God be the glory, the General graciously accepted our invitation and commended DECAN for the lofty initiative.
He was visibly delighted by the visit and also demonstrated his support for the event with a generous cash contribution.
The members who facilitated the contact were duly recognized and given the statutory 20% commission, while the remaining funds have been warehoused to support the planning and execution of the event.
