Governor Akeredolu appoints first female SSG in the State
1 min readGovernor Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State has appointed the first female SSG, Princess Catherine Oludumi Odu in the State, as the first in the history.
The SSG, Princess Odu, a legal practitioner, was the Chairman of the State Universal Education Board (SUBE) before her present appointment.
This was issued in a statement by the Governors Chief Press Secretary, Richard Olabode Olatunde, in Akure.
The Chief Press Secretary further stated that Princess Oludumi Odu was a Federal Commissioner, Public Complaints Commission, and at different times. He said, she was former Commissioner for Women Affairs, and Education respectively.
The Chief Press Secretary said, ” her appointment is as a result of hard work, recognition, and her personal integrity” he said her outstanding records of performance has promoted her to this level.
The SSG holds the following Degrees:
LLM (University of Lagos)
Bachelor of law (Nigeria Law School)
Bachelor of law (University of Lagos)
Master of science, industrial sociology, (University of Calabar)
And Bsc sociology, (University of Calabar)
