Imo State Recovers 49 Plots of Land Belonging To Okorochas Sister

The Imo Stats Housing Corporation has revoked 49 plots of land belonging to Jeesden Ventures Limited of No 3, Okeoma close,Tan Egbu Layout, said to be owned by Mrs.Geraldine Obinali who is the elder sister of former Governor, Rochas Okorocha.

This was contained in a statement signed by the Gneral Manager/Chief Executive Officer of the State Housimg Corporation, Mr. Chinedu Mbakwe Obi, and media aid to the General Manager, Enwerem Prince.

The statement further revealed that the lands in Redemption Estate, phase III were issued to Geraldine Obinali, nee Okorocha for the sole purpose of infrastructural facilities wihich were never carried out. The,Corporation therefore advise anybody who has transacted business in any of the plots of land to approach it for ratification.
