Kanu’s Trial: Imolites applaud DSS

Imolites across the Twenty Seven Local Government Areas of Imo State have vehemently applauded Department of State Services (DSS) for bringing Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to Court physically, hail and hearty .
Chief Dan Uwandu in a telephone conversation said that on sighting Nnamdi Kanu on the screen calmed tension and possible crisis that could snowball in to disastrous consequences across the South East Geopolitical Zone of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
He disclosed that they are doing everything concerning Nnamdi Kanu for love we have on him and support for the struggle for Biafra Freedom.
“Because of the hatred the Federal Government has on Biafra they resort to killing innocent Youths in Igboland tagged them Indigenous People of Biafra, (IPOB), if DSS did not bring Nnamdi Kanu to Court, the entire SouthEast, South South and other Geopolitical Zones of Nigeria would have experienced untold disaster.
In the same development,the Coalition of South East Youth Leaders (COSEYL) a Socio -Political Youth Group has called the Federal Government of Alhaji Mohammadu Buhari to release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu unconditionally on November 10, 2021 so as to end insecurity in the South East and beyond.
The Group made the call in a Statement Co-signed by its President-General Good luck Ibem and the Secretary- General Kanice Igwe and made available to Newsmen in Owerri.
The Group further stated that if Federal Government does not release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu unconditionally on November 10, 2021,the will invoke premodial Forces against Nigeria.
The IPOB Leader is standing trial before the Justice Binta Nyako Federal High Court Abuja with nine count charges bordering on terrorism, treasonable felony amongst others.
