He is one of the very few exceptional moles that shaped the administration of Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammad of Bauchi State,Malam Garba a teacher with all sense of kindness,humility,generosity,God-fearing and professional health education officer,one you talk of justice,he is a reservoir of justice,one talk of knowledge,he is equally a genuine symbol of academic excellence,one you mention professionalism,he tends to be one the most respected academic scholars one may ever met in the spheres of this planet called earth.
He is an iota of complete humility by all acceptable global standards and dispositions,man of few words,wisdom and barometer of integrity and honesty in all ramifications going by his track record in public service throughout his career for decades.
Malam Garba,the provost college of health sciences and technology Ningi, Bauchi state federal republic of Nigeria,he is also a fellow of both national and international professional body across all academic stratification,and recipients of various kind of awards of excellence,due to his outstanding commitment,professionalism,honesty,performance and above all exceptional integrity in moving the college to the greater heights
Upon his assumption of office all corrupt practices,fiscal recklessness has been tackled in the areas of checkmating leakages and with the view of restoring the lost glory of the college in Nigeria and extension on the global map of academic excellence and discipline towards ensuring consolidation of all academics,scientific research and technological excellence and development,he is the only provost in the history of Nigeria that has received more than hundred of awards within and out of Nigeria since assuming public office,he added more values to the college through strict adherence of ethics law and global health practices,history and by extension in promoting honesty, transparency and determination of modern scientific obligations,governance,practices and guidelines in all societies of the world.
Malam Garba Hussaini upon assumption of his statutory responsibilities as college provost,the internally generated revenue has been improved to an appreciating standard,he has introduced and reintroduced various courses of learning into the college for the purpose of having sound,effective and reliable academic excellence that can put this prestigious institution of the global map of academic excellence across all geographies that got the accreditation and re-accreditation of National Board on Technical Education,NBTE
He was equally able to built one of the best ICT hall in the North eastern part of Nigeria,and was equipped with modern sets of computers by governor Bala Mohammad of Bauchi State.The college has become a litmus test and deeply respected academic training ground with respect to excellence,discipline and inculcated skills in terms of professionalism,scientific findings and technological inclination as well as advancement.
He has fence the perimeter of this prestigious institution,with well equipped laboratory standards,library and sound settings of security apparatus in the college,and it’s one of the leading examples in all forms of free-corrupt practices in Nigeria,their staff are decent,discipline,professionals,with all senses of wisdom and professional skills in ensuring viable and effective knowledge has been impacted to the entire students,among others
All these happens as a result of extraordinary proper determination,Coordinated administrative and modern administration in public governance from Governor Bala Mohammad led PDP administration,long live College Health sciences and technology Ningi,long live Ningi Emirate council,long live Bauchi state and long live Federal Republic of Nigeria.
