Nasarawa Assembly Screens Civil Service Commission members

The Nasarawa State House of Assembly has commenced the screening of names of the Chairman and Members of the the State Civil Service Commission ( CSC) and cleared them for inauguration by the State Governor, Engineer Abdullahi Sule, as the house rejected the names of members of the Judicial Service Commission ( JSC) for the fact that those who are still serving in the commission their tenures have not elapsed.
Speaker of the house, Hon. Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi who made the disclosure on the floor of the house, also said the names of the rejected members of the Judicial Service Commission were sent back to the Governor, pending the expiration of the tenure of those who are currently serving in the commission.
He however, directed the clerk of the house to forward the cleaned copy of the names of the Chairman and members of the state Civil service Commission ( CSC) to the governor for inauguration.
Meanwhile, the chairman, Nasarawa State civil Service Commission, Alhaji Musa Dangana Giza has said that the Civil Service Commission ( CSC) would continue to discharge its constitutional responsibilities without fear or favour.
Dangana who disclosed this in a chat with journalists shortly after he was screened by members of the State Assembly, also commended Governor Abdullahi Sule for finding them worthy to serve for another term.
He also called for support, and cooperation of all to enable them succeed on the enormous tasks ahead.
