Ongoing Africa Military Games,Team Nigeria Clinches More Medals With 85 Gold

As the Ongoing Africa Military Games proceeds, Nigeria the host country, clinched more medals with 169, followed by Algeria, Kenya and other participating African countries.
Team Nigeria has 85 gold medals, 46 silver and 38 bronze, totaling 169 medals.
Nigeria won 16 gold in shooting, 15 gold in Taekwondo, 12 gold in boxing, 11 gold in wrestling, eight gold in archery, six gold in squash, seven gold in badminton, four gold in tennis, two gold in handball and one gold each from golf, combat swimming, basketball and obstacle crossing. Making the gold medals 85.
Team Algeria came second with 74 medals, comprising 42 gold, 17 silver, and 15 bronze.
Team Kenya came third with 12 gold, 10 silver, and five bronze medals.
Team Tunisia came fourth with four gold, 16 silver, and six bronze medals.
Team Libya came fifth with 14 medals, comprising four gold, six silver and four bronze.
While South Africa sixth with 20 medals, four gold, three silver and 13 bronze.
Uganda seventh with eight medals, four gold, three silver and one bronze.
This was disclosed yesterday by the organizers of the Africa Military Games 2024.
