The world Tourism Day Observed in Bauchi State.

Today the Bauchi State tourism Board under the leadership of its General Manager Malam Nasir Muhd that this great historic events are to revive and reflect on the lost Glory of tourism potential across the state, being our state is being tagged as perl of tourism in Nigeria.
The General Manager went ahead and said that he appreciates the Governor Bala Mohd for securing our games reserves in the state there by recruiting sixty seven rangers across Bauchi State to guard and protect all games reserves against bad elements in the society.
The Representative of the Nigerian Tourism Development Corporation,on his part also reflect on the Kinds of tourism potentials the state has and appeal on the state government to continue with the untiring efforts on boasting the capacity of tourism activities in Bauchi State,he mentioned that we need to have sustainability in the tourism sector in Nigeria because apart from Agricultural sector”tourism is the second largest employer of labour in Nigeria” lam not mistaking if l call the Bauchi State Governor the Jagaban of tourism in Nigeria and we have seen numbers of roads infrastructures across the hinterlands
And his part in another development,the Representative of National Orientation Agency,Director NOA Bauchi State, appreciate the government of Bauchi State for new bill on Tourism Development in Bauchi State through the state House of assembly and this will take the state to greater heights in terms of tourism potentials and development
The Representative of Bauchi State Governor, Barrister, Kashim Ibrahim on behalf of the Governor Bala Mohd he said he too optimistic in the kind of development and stategies this government is putting in place towards championing course of tourism in Bauchi State,this only happens through deliberate government policies which are not accidentals but it’s through compassion and commitment in improving the state revenue generations in the tourism sector in the state.
He he thanks all the critical stakeholders in making this historic events possible and assures them of Governor’s Bala Mohammed supports and commitment in boasting and harnessing tourism development and potentials to attract more foreign investors and investments in order to have sustainability and viability in the state economic development and growth,the statement concluded.
