We Need APC At The Grassroot Levels To Enhance Rapid Development-Engr. Sule

Nasarawa state governor, Engineer Abdullahi Sule said APC needs chairmen and Councillors at local government levels in the state in order to enhance rapid development at the grassroot levels.
Governor Abdullahi Sule who stated this at the Grand finale of APC zonal rally in the southern senatorial zone of the state also called on the APC supporters in the zone to ensure that the party won all the chairmanship and councilorship in the zone.
The governor used the opportunity to tell the people of the state on his efforts in ensuring the security of lives and property of the people and urged them to join hands with the security agencies in their areas in order to ensure the success of their duties.
He also re- assured the people of the state on his administration determination in providing the dividendes of democracy to them.
The governor further assured the people of the state that his administration would not interfere with the duties of the state Independent electoral Commission, but would continue to give them support to succeed on the enormous tasks ahead of them. Speaking earlier, Acting state chairman of APC,Dr John D W.Mamman explained that the APC campaign which commenced from Karu local government Area last week, came to an end in Lafia and that the campaign rally was a huge success as people from other political parties left their parties for APC, a situation which according to him, ” Was as a result of good leadership qualities, commitments, dedication, hard-working, transperancy and accountability of the governor, Engineer Abdullahi Sule and assured the decampees that no one will discriminate against them as they would be treated equally with other members of the party. Dr Mamman further assured the governor that the party will sweep all the chairmanship and councilorship seats come October 6th local government election in the state.
Highlights of the occasion was the presentation of party flags to the chairmanship candidates of the party of Awe, Keana Obi, Doma and Lafia local governments ahead of the October 6th local government election in the state.
