The former senate leader,Senator Abdul Ahmad Ningi has returned to the senate in the just concluded National Assembly elections held on Saturday

While declaring the winner of the the polls on Sunday night,the returning officer professor Ibrahim Danjuma,mentioned that senator Abdul Ahmad Ningi Of peoples Democratic Party,PDP scored 104,878 votes against his closest opponent in the polls from All progressive Congress APC,Alhaji Uba Ahmad Nana,who scored 84,62 votes
