Fresh tension has risen in Imo State as death toll of slain Security Operatives by Unknown Gunmen rise to 15
The Nigeria Security Operatives comprises of Army, Police, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) deployed in Imo State have been shot to death by Unknown Gunmen prowling in the State.
The incident happened early hours of yesterday, 19th September 2023 at Umualumaku in Eheme Mbano Local Government Area of Imo State.
However the residents in the State are living in fear, and business activities in the area have completely and drastically gone down.
In the same development, the Commissioner of Police, Imo Command, CP Mohammed Ahmed Barde in a press statement, highlighted that Police in Imo state are going to fish out the gunmen who perpetrated the act.
Meanwhile the Governor of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodimma has given assurance that the State is going to do justices to the Security Operatives Killed by Unknown Gunmen Ehime Mbano LGA, Imo State
Recently Governor Hope Uzodimma has exonerated Indigenous People of Biafra( IPOB) Eastern Security Network(ESN)
and accused the Politicians of being responsible for incessant insecurity in Imo State.
