Law Of Karma Takes It Toll On Boko Haram
The notorious Islamic terrorist sect known as Boko Haram, seems to be experiencing the law of karna as they lost scores of their soldiers during a battle with their former allies Islamic State, West Africa Province , ISWAP.
According to the Army spokesman, Brig. Gen. M.M Yerima, who said there was a fierce battle between the terrorist group and ISWAP in a border area between Nigeria and Niger Republic, which resulted in heavy casualties on both sides. This was revealed by Al Thabat an Al Quaida media outfit.
According to the report, the ISWAP group abducted dozens of women from the Boko Haram camp which led to a reprisal attack from the terrorist group, Boko Haram to rescue the women. This happened in Sunawa Village at the Nigeria /Niger border.
It will be recalled, that ISWAP broke away from the Shekau led,Boko Haram in 2016 which has led to violent confrontations between both factions since then.
To make matters worse for the terrorist group, the Nigeria Army under the leadership of the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Major General Ibrahim Attahiru, has continued to dismantle most of the logistics, and operational bases of the insurgents, along the Lake Chad Basin, and Sambisa forest environ. And also the troops in one of its operations along Sambisa forest, discovered Abubakar Shekau’s farm, destroyed it, and rescued abducted victims who were in captivity.
