Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has extended warm felicitations to the Executive Director Business Development at NEXIM Bank, Hon. Stella Okotete, on the occasion of her 42nd birth anniversary, describing her as a committed advocate for social development and empowerment.

In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, the Governor praised Okotete for her consistent dedication to uplifting women, youths, and vulnerable groups in the society.

He noted that her passion for service and people-oriented initiatives has continued to strengthen the fortunes of the All Progressives Congress, APC both in Delta State and across the country.

Governor Oborevwori described the former National Women Leader of the APC as an illustrious daughter of Delta State whose contributions to human capital development have earned her widespread admiration.

He emphasized that her unwavering commitment to humanitarian causes and grassroots engagement has positioned her as a role model for aspiring leaders, particularly among women.

The Governor further stated that Okotete’s enduring legacy of compassion and service reflects positively on the values of inclusive governance and social responsibility, adding that her efforts have helped deepen the connection between the party and the people.
