President Muhammadu Buhari congratulates Mr. Pinnick Amaju

The President congratulates Mr Pinnick Amaju on FIFA Council election, he said as the president of Nigeria football federation (NFF) on his election into the FIFA Executive Council, which is the highest decision making organ in the world football, that he believes Mr. Pinnick Amaju attained that level as a result of handwork, dedication, and consistency.

The President stated that Mr. Amaju has proven to Nigerians to be an efficient football administrator, that the world has taken cognizance of that in which he was elected into FIFA Council, and one of the vice president of African football.

The President said, this has made Nigeria so proud in the International Community, and also with other qualified, and endowed Nigerians who won strategic leadership positions in international organizations.

The President urges Mr. Pinnick Amaju to see, and use his new position assignment as an opportunity to elevate Nigeria reputation, and identify as a football loving Country, that he should utilize the role of sports through football.

Mr President being active supporter of sports, joins the general public across the Continent in wishing Mr. pinnick Amaju, the NFF president the best in his new position, and future endeavours.
