Presidential Amnesty Program: Interim administrator promised to pay monthly stipends.By Amos Odhe

The leadership Forum of Niger Ex- Agitators have appealed to it’s members to be calm and be patient, and support the Interim administrator, Major General Tariye Barry Ndiomu as every effort is being made to pay them all their outstanding stipends owed by former and present Interim administrator of the presidential Amnesty Program.

The leadership Forum of the ex- agitators thereby in a statement jointly signed by Gen Ibena Rufus Salvation , National Spokesman of phase 2 ex – Agitators Leaders, Forumb, Wanemi Olotu and Elaye Slaboh urged them to discountence the recent publication by one mr Eshanakpe Israel a.k.a Akadoro.

According to the statement “the attention of the Second & third Phase of the Ex Agitators Leadership forum (Beneficiaries) of Presidential Amnesty Program (PAP), has been drawn to a Publication made by one Mr. Eshanakpe Israel a.k.a Akpodoro, Ranging from Leadership of the (PAP), Payments of Beneficiaries Stipends, Arrears, Allowances and Emoluments owed by both the previous and current Administration

Which, the Current Administrator is working out modalities, by establishing a close working Relationship with the Ex-Agitators leadership to pay off all outstanding allowances soon as possible.”

“Mr Ibena Rufus Salvation, National Spokesman, phase 2 Ex Agitators leaders forum, Mr Wanemi Olotu, the national chairman phase 2, and Elaye Slabo, the national secretary General third phase Ex-Agitators Leaders Forum, have shown concerned and taken it upon themselves to intervene on the Matter immediately and held a crucial meeting with the Interim administrator major general Tariye Barry Ndiomu who assured them of prompt payment of their monthly stipends”

The statement added that the National Spokesman, phase 2 Ex-Agitators Leaders Forum Ibena Rufus Salvation, asked the Interim Administrator some sensitive questions Bordering and Affecting the Leaders and Beneficiaries particularly stipends payment, Arrears, Allowances and Emoluments owed by both past Administrators and the current Administrator.

The Interim Administrator gave elaborate explanation with evidence how arrangements have already been made to pay every genuine Beneficiaries of the Program, According to the deligation, they were convinced and very impressed with the outcome of the meeting.

Therefore they advised every beneficiaries to be patient while the Presidential Amnesty office makes arrangements to pay everyone by end of September”
