Sit-at-home: Imo observes total compliance —- call for release of Mazi Nnamdi Kalu,

Today’s Sit-at -Home called by Indigenous People of Biafra(IPOB) to commemorate their fallen heroes was successful in Imo State.
It be could attributed that the Military, Police, Civil Defense, Nigeria Road Safety Corps (NRSC)and other paramilitary who started yesterday brandishing their offences weapons made the Sit-At-Home utterly successful
In brief chat with some of the residents of Owerri, it was discovered that majority of the people who wanted to come out for normal businesses were afraid of stray bullets from these Security Operatives at almost all the strategical points in Owerri
In the same vein a Human Right Activist in Imo State Dr. Paul Amadi said that today’s Sit-at-home decided by Imolites across the three senatorial zones of Imo State was for the release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, and remembrance of Biafra’s fallen heroes.
However in his own contribution at Rock View Hotel Okigwe road Owerri,Imo State Chief Amos Nwaka said that sit-at-home decided by the people of the State today is to press for the release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who was abducted by the Fulani Government of President Mohammad Buhari , adding that it must be continued in Imo State until South East is released from DSS detention hell.
Nwaka further highlighted that from available record, Imo State top on extrajudicial killing which was as a result of invitation of military in Imo State by Governor Hope Uzodimma.
“Consequent upon this was the killing of 13youths in Orlu, killing of Imo State University student, killing of a nursing Mother, killing of four at Nwaoriubi,killing of three at Igwu Oji, six at Nazi timber market
amongst other.
