Folorunso Alakija Reappointed as UNIOSUN Chancellor by Dele Olaniyi

Governor Gboyega Oyetola has approved the reappointment of Dr. （Mrs.）Folorunso Alakija as Chancellor, University of Osun for another five years.

This is based on her track record as a lover of education, philanthropist, and resourceful educational manager which she displayed during her first tenure.

The Vice Chancellor of the University Prof. Labode Popoola, said the appointment is a blessing for education, and the entire state at large.

According to the VC Dr. Alakijas first tenure gav birth to a lot of physical, and infrastructural development.

She is a committed and dedicated administrator per excellence, that any university will ever want. We are lucky to have her he said.
