NGO reached-out to evicted orphanage home with food items in Jos

A non-governmental organization known as Centre for Nutrition and Education of Child Oriented Foundation (CNECOF) International has donated food items to Kids with Vision Foundation Orphanage Home in Jos.
The Executive Director and Founder of CNECOF International, Pastor El-Polycarp Yusuf Degri presenting the items to the management of the home and kids yesterday in Jos the Plateau State capital called on spirited individuals and organizations to come to the aid of the home which has been served quite notice from the 16 years facilities they have been operating from.
Hr said the organization is based in Gombe State with three Centres in Gombe has decided to expand it’s operations to other State of the Federation beginning from Jos Plateau State.
He call for urgent steps by both Government, spirited individuals and local and international organizations to give attention to out of school children which is a potential danger to the country in the future.
The Director/Founder of the Kids with Vision Foundation Orphanage Home Mrs. Grace Solomon expressed gratitude for the gesture by CNECOF International even when they are based in Gombe State.
She said the visit has made a big mark in the lives of the children and the home which were given one month notice to vacate out of the facilities they have been renting for 16 years.
The Home has about 70 Orphans at the moment located behind St. Finbarr’s Catholic Church Rayfield in Jos the State capital.
Items donated by the organization during it’s first visit to the Orphanage home in Jos consist of “Bags of rice, bag of salt, cartoons of indomies, Vaseline, packs of minerals”
