Dr Bala Musa Lukshi,the former Head of civil Service Bauchi State has called on the Nigeria’s Youths to participate fully in farming activities rather than waiting for government to provide them jobs after graduation from tertiary institutions.
The Former HOS made this called while interacting with pressmen in Bauchi and went ahead and said there are more fertile lands in the country that can support the growth of any cash crops in Nigeria more particularly here in the Northern region.
Time has come for everyone to join farming such poultry and fish farming and no enough jobs vacancy in government that can absop all the younger graduates in Nigeria, it’s high time to go back to farm he urge.
And also used this medium to call up on all the retired civil servants to make plans properly for their lives after retirement they can engage in Agric business with their benefits so as to support their families instead of begging from people.
He maintain that corruption has eaten deeply in the fabric of our systems in Nigeria and he said everyone he or she who holds any public office must be hold accountable by Almighty Allah on the day of Judgement.
He also urge the parents to put eyes on the kind of friends their children are associating with and reminded all parents on the obligation of on monitoring, parenting and proper supervision of their children.
The Elderstatesman, commended on the giant-strides in which the Bauchi State Governor Bala Muhammad is tireless working and making Bauchi state a merger city and more attractive for foreign and domestic investments in the areas of Agricultural development, Industrial development,and move the state to greater heights in country,the statement added.
