We Hold No Grudge Against Anybody- Aniagwu

Delta State Commissioner for information; Dr. Charles Aniagwu has put to rest the rumours going round that some PDP members are not happy with the statement made by former President; Olusegun Obasanjo in his New year letter to Nigerians and endorsing Peter Obi as his preferred Presidential Candidate for the forthcoming election
Aniagwu Stated; this is democracy and everybody is entitled to his or her own speech. However, the scenario is like an examination where a candidate scores 55 percent and another 75 percent, they both pass the exam but the candidate that scored 75 percent has a better chance . Atiku and Okowa has a better chance
He carpeted those who are of the perception that Atiku is not qualified because he’s a Northerner of Fulani extraction; adding that politics has got nothing to do with that. “We need somebody with a good pedigree and Atiku and Okowa has what it takes to deliver going by their antecedents’.
He labelled the APC gubernatorial candidate; Ovie Omo Agege as an unpatriotic and selfish politician who left his people behind during the Yuletide season and travelled abroad without complementing them in any way
“How can somebody who abandoned his own people and travel abroad to enjoy himself feel the plight of the citizens. I have listened and watch him speak many times; there is absolutely no plan or agenda he has for the State. All he does is to condemn and accuse the government of borrowing money. We still have room for the G5 and others who have defected from the party. PDP is an origin of Delta State and belongs to Deltans; not settlers
He urged the electorate not to be swayed by the internal happenings in the party as its just one of those things adding that a lot of APC members are defecting to PDP
