2023 presidency:Tinubu candidature is not a mistake-Plateau APC chieftain

Barely 24-days to the 25th February,2023 Nigeria’s presidential election, the Plateau youth leader of All Progressive Congress (APC), Joseph Dashe said the choice of Asiwaju Tinubu as the party flag bearer is not a mistake.
Dashe said Tinubu possessed a requisite knowledge to govern the country putting his antecedents side by side he edge other presidential candidates.
The APC chieftain made the assertion at party’s Secretariat in Jos, Wednesday, during a sensitization with 6 Local Government chairmen and 73 wards youth leaders of APC from the Northern zone of Plateau.
He acknowledged that the youths want to take the mandate into their hands by making sure they delivered Asiwaju Tinubu as president and all other candidates in 25th February and 11th March, 2023 elections.
According to him, ” we have taken our campaign down to the grassroots. The chairmen and leaders should go down to their polling units and have 30 canvases in each polling unit to canvas votes for Tinubu as his achievements surpasses other candidates.
“The mandate will not stop there alone, we will make sure we delivered our governorship candidate, National and State Assembly candidates.
“Our candidates are household named, and the at which they are receiving acceptability on daily basis no opposition party can stop it because Plateau is APC….
” We are fully prepared to deliver having done it in 2015, 2019 and were ready to do it again in 2023.”
The resource persons at the interface, Kelvin Pankshin and Barr. Bitrus Zulfa admits it is a well thought initiative to assembled youths to get the right message and take to the grassroots about the person of Tinubu.
The duo said even from the voters registration the youths constituency has the highest, and not only that but most energetic and you need them for the election.
They also posits that Nigeria is polarized alone religion and ethnic sentiments, noting that ” Tinubu is the only detribalized Nigerian who if elected as president would end the dichotomy and mistrust between Christian and Muslim.”
