One month after his controversial suspension from office by the State Government, there are strong indications that Mamuda Hassan Tabla has been reinstated as the Executive Chairman of Ningi LGC.
In an appreciation message he released on Tuesday, Mamuda Tabla commended the State Governor, Sen Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir for treading the path of honesty, integrity and fairness in the decision to reinstate him.
He was quoted speaking Hausa that, “after diligent investigations into the allegations raised against leading to my suspension from office, I have been vindicated and reinstated to office to continue my official responsibilities”.
He added that, “I have been warned to ensure that the issues that led to the whole drama did not repeat itself.
I am determined to ensure that things work out smoothly in the Council. Measures will be step up to secure the entire area from intruders”.
Mamuda Tabla urged his supporters to continue to be law abiding and loyal to the Sen Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir led PDP administration in the state saying, “we will ensure that the administration succeeded and in sha Allah, gets reelected come 2023”.
“I thank the Governor, Sen Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir, his amiable Wife, our mother the First Lady, Hajiya Aisha Bala Mohammed, the State Chairman of the PDP, Hamza Koshe Akuyam and my political leader, Sen Abdul Ahmed Ningi”, he concluded.
It will be recalled that Mamuda Hassan Tabla was suspended from office on the allegation of involvement in illegal tree felling activities around the Lame/Burra reserve, an allegation he vehemently denied.
