Plateau healthcare agency trains staff on enterprise, strategic communication

The Plateau State Contributory Healthcare Management Agency (PLASCHEMA) has intensified commitment towards equipping its staff with requisite knowledge on enterprise resource development and strategic communication to add value to the agency.
Director-General of the Agency, Dr. Jemchang Fabong, made this known on Tuesday in Jos during a training organised for staff of the newly created Department of Enterprise Resource Development of the Agency.
Fabong said that the essence of the training was to intimate the staff on the mandate, goals, and objectives of the Department.
He described the Department as the ‘brain and think tank’ of the Agency saddled with the responsibility of policy innovation, carrying out research, planning, and training of staff to improve their capacity.
He tasked the staff of the newly created Department to pay rapt attention during the training as a lot is expected from the them to grow the Agency.
One of the trainees Mr Nathaniel Dashe said: ” that the training was apt as he now has a better understanding of the mandate of the department which is new in the agency”.
Also Speaking Mrs Dashuwar Shapret, a trainee, thanked the Agency for training personnel of the Department as it has enabled her to get acquainted with the goals, objectives, and expectations of the department.
