SOKOTO APC: Wamakko’s Confidence of Victory At All Levels

As political parties campaigns across the country wine up their activities, APC also is dotting the-i’s and crossing the-Ts with its state-wide Campaign* .
The leader of the All Progressive Congress APC and former Governor of Sokoto State, Senator Aliyu Wamakko has reaffirmed that Tinubu will not only win the presidential ticket in the state, but will be on the first ballot in the Feb. 25 presidential race.
Alhaji Wamakko while declaring this to newsmen on Sunday in Sokoto state through his spoke person Alh Bako, commended the President, Muhammadu Buhari for endorsing Tinubu for president at the APC final presidential rally in Lagos.
He stressed that Buhari did not only show his astute leadership qualities but has also boosted the ego of all APC members across the country as Saturday’s general Elections is here.
Senator Wamakko, who is the APC Senatorial candidate for Sokoto North assured Nigerians that he will not only win his seat but will also ensured that the party claims all three Senatorial seats in Sokoto state as well as majority of the House of Representatives seats*.
Wamakko reemphasied that the Sokoto State Government House will also be occupied by the APC comes May 29, 2023.”

Similarly, as APC rounds up campaign across the state, The party faithful led by indefatigable leadership of Sen Wamakko recently stormed Gwadabawa Local Government Area of the state for a zonal rally.
The Chairman of the Campaign Council, and APC leader in the State, Sen. Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko, said APC good manifesto is sellable to the people of Sokoto State.
Sen. Wamakko revealed how Sultan has endorsed the good plan rolled out by the party.

APC gubernatorial candidate, Ahmad Aliyu Sokoto, revealed his manifestos a month after his inauguration as a Governor, if elected, he will restored the payment of disabled allowances, Chief Imams of Jumu’at Mosques monthly allowances and job creation which were all neglected by the incumbernt lame PDP-led government in the State.
Ahmad Aliyu explained that by providing the allowances to Imams of Jumu’at Mosques and their deputies, it will ensure they give good upbringing to the younger generation so as to curtel the menace of restiveness among Youth.
Ahmad Aliyu further reiterated that the PDP government in the State has virtually failed doing nothing to enhance the productivity of the people of the state, he therefore, promised to ensure the welfare of the generality of the people of the state, if elected as Governor come the March 11 elections.
On his part, the Director General of the state campaign Council, who is also the Minister of Police Affairs, Muhammadu Maigari Dingyadi, challenged the government on power in the state to prove to the people of Gwadabawa area of any tangible project executed in the area before seeking for another mandate from the electorate.
Katuka further called on people of Sokoto East Senatorial Zone, to come out en masse during the polls to vote for APC towards bringing succour and the direly needed dividends of democracy to the people of Sokoto State.
Also speaking, Senate Leader, Sen. Ibrahim Abdullahi Gobir, said APC is the party to beat, adding,”therefore, people of the state should come out massively to depend their votes to ensure the party emerge victorious during the forthcoming polls.”
He announced his total support to the candidature of Alhaji Ibrahim Lamido Isa, his hopeful successor in the zone, calling on all his supporters to vote for Lamido as Senatorial candidate in the area.
APC Chairman in the State, Hon. Isah Sadiq Acida, went down memory lane on the myriad of invaluable projects executed by the then Governor Wamakko’s regime in Gwadabawa Local Government.
The Chairman later received some 5,575 decampees from NNPP and PDP who joined APC.
